Head2Head Sensory Theatre is a registered charity dedicated to the Special Needs’ Community. We are passionate about making theatre accessible to all and understand that families who have a child with a disability face many barriers. We are dedicated to safeguarding the welfare of both children and vulnerable people who use our services (“our young people”). We will work hard to protect them from neglect and physical, sexual or emotional harm.
Our safeguarding and child protection policy applies to anyone working on behalf of Head2Head, including senior managers and the board of trustees, paid staff, volunteers, sessional workers, agency staff and students. Read more about our policy below.

How to make a complaint
Head2Head is committed to providing a high-quality service to everyone we work with. We are open to receiving feedback and comments about our service and we want you to tell us when we get things wrong. We want to help you resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
We will listen to your comments, treat your feedback seriously and learn from it so that we can continuously improve our service.
Our policy covers complaints about the standard of service we provide; the behaviour of our staff; any action or lack of action by staff affecting an individual or group. You can make a complaint by email or by post:
