Using drama, games, role play and improvisation, get ready to explore ‘real life’ money experiences, from preparing to visit the shops, learning to budget to how to save for the future, and lots more…

Choose from two courses and selected dates.
IN FOR A PENNY
A 6-week course priced at £18 per person
Using drama activities and fun exercises, explore real life ‘money’ situations including:
- The different ways to pay for items in shops, online and over the phone
- How to prepare for a visit to the bank, shops, cinema, café, bowling etc.
- How to budget for the things we need, and the things we want!
- How to save for now and the future
- Building confidence to become more financially independent
Choose from the following dates:
Tuesdays at 6.30pm / 21st February to 28th March
Thursdays at 10am / 23rd February to 30th March
IN FOR A POUND
A 12-week course priced at £36 per person
Using drama activities and fun exercises explore all the real life money skills included in the ‘IN FOR A PENNY’ course PLUS;
- How to protect yourself from fraud and identity theft
- Bust money jargon including ‘credit’, ‘debt’, ‘mate crime’ and ‘phishing’
- Find out the difference between money used for Gaming and ‘real world’
- Build the confidence to become more financially independent and prepare for future employment
Choose from the following dates:
Tuesdays at 6.30pm / 21st February to 23rd May
Thursdays at 10am / 23rd February to 25th May
