Why volunteer with us?
Give back and make a change. By giving a bit of your time to Head2Head Sensory Theatre you will not only get the chance to meet new people who are ‘heart and soul’ devoted to this project but you might also pick up and new skill along the way.
You will join the charity during a critical period of transition and would be part of a friendly, creative and forward-thinking team.
Thanks to RSA and Virgin Media 02 who have sent volunteer teams to help with our barn.
Who are we looking for?
We are always in need of a variety of people to support us both locally and remotely.
Our volunteering roles range from professional such as finance, HR support, fundraising and Marketing to more hands-on skills like gardening and DIY. We welcome students and part timers.
Our volunteers often have a love for theatre or the arts or are in some way connected to SEN (Special Educational Needs) and disabilities community. Which is always a bonus for us but not a must.
You must be willing to dedicate at least a few hours per week of your time to us. (We are not asking you to be there 24 hours a day)
You must be enthusiastic about what we do and want to offer your skills.
You will be involved in making a positive impact on local and special needs’ communities through the provision of accessible, imaginative theatre, film and learning opportunities including the opening of a new base in Oxted.
