Head2Head has opened bookings to its accessible drama workshops in Oxted, Surrey to let children’s creativity shine.
When & Where?
The drama workshops will take place on Monday 12 February and Tuesday 13 February at Drewshearne Barn, Crowhurst Lane End in Oxted, Surrey and are suitable for children aged 5 to 16+ with moderate learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.
About the workshops
Using ‘Sing & Sign’ Makaton, drama games, role play and improvisation, sessions will allow participants to express themselves in a safe and playful manner. Younger participants will have the chance to enjoy crafts and use sensory props and costumes.
Free parking, disabled toilet and Hygiene Room are available on site. Refreshments can also be purchased at the Cafe area and families are welcome to use Head2Head’s Sensory Room.
Drewshearne Barn provides a new welcoming and inclusive space for the community to come together to have fun, make friends and learn new skills in drama, in a friendly and accessible space.
