We are looking for fun, influential and enthusiastic people to join our family as a volunteer trustee remotely or in the Surrey area.
This is your chance to give back to your community and apply your professional skills or develop new ones to help shape and grow our small charity as it enters a key stage of growth.

We are a small charity creating imaginative ways to make theatre and film accessible and inclusive for everyone and we are registered with Disability Confident.
Our touring range is extensive: from Brighton Fringe acclaimed sensory shows, sensory storytelling and immersive experiences to fun educational workshops for families and schools. We are also growing as a brand in the special needs’ community worldwide by opening up our free online resources via our YouTube learning channel.
Who are we looking for?
We are currently looking for trustees who love theatre or the arts or are in some way connected to SEN (Special Educational Needs) and disabilities community.
You must be willing to dedicate a few hours per week of your time to us. (We are not asking you to be there 24 hours a day)
You must be enthusiastic about what we do and want to offer your skills and experience.
In particular we would welcome anyone with a professional experience in any of the following areas;
- Participant Representative (lived in experience)
- Business Development
- Finance
- Fundraising
- Legal
- Property (Surveyor/Architect/Project Manager)
- Special School / College or Group representative
What will you be doing?
You will play your part by overseeing the strategic direction and governance of our theatre charity and continue to grow our online community.
We are looking to further strengthen the sustainability of our charity by:
- creating new revenue streams
- increasing our network of supporters
- connecting with new opportunities in and around Oxted and Surrey
