Exciting New Additions to Head2Head
We are thrilled to announce the arrival of two exceptional individuals to our team: Alasdair Bruce and Olly Clarke.
Alasdair Bruce has joined us as our new Fundraiser Manager. Hailing from Northern England, Alasdair has already made a significant impact by producing four grant applications in just one week. His enthusiasm and dedication are truly inspiring. Way to go, Alasdair!
We are equally excited to introduce Olly Clarke, Stage Manager at Sadler’s Wells Theatre, as a new member of our Board. Olly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the world of theatre, and we eagerly anticipate his valuable insights and contributions. Olly shared his thoughts on joining our team:
“I’m very excited to be joining the H2H board of trustees. I discovered H2H when searching for theatre groups for my 3-year-old daughter, Juliet. Juliet was diagnosed with autism back in January and since then, my wife and I are on a voyage of discovery and new to the SEN world.
However, I am not new to the theatre world. I have worked in the backstage and technical side of theatre for over 20 years, the last 5 of which have been at Sadler’s Wells, where I am currently Head of Stage and Automated Flys.
Outside of theatre, I have been associated with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution for the whole of my adult life. Joining at 17, and spending 21 years as a voluntary lifeboat crew member at both Littlehampton and Chiswick, retiring due to work and family commitments last summer.
I hope my years working in theatres, alongside the time being a part of a large charitable organisation and the connections I have made along the way, can be used to help H2H continue to move in the right direction and grow.”
With such talented individuals on board, we are confident in achieving new heights and making a greater impact in our community. Welcome, Alasdair and Olly!
