Head2Head Sensory Theatre, disabilities charity, is gifting families with the chance to enjoy FREE Makaton workshop in Bucks on Saturday 10 December at Stony Dean School, Orchard End Avenue, Amersham, HP7 9JW. 

Guests can choose from one of two Makaton friendly experiences Wizard of Oz, Sensory Storytelling and Christmas Drama, Sing & Sign Workshop or both. Limited spaces are available so book now. 

10.30 – 11am – Wizard of Oz – Sensory Storytelling 

A fun 30 min sensory storytelling session suitable for ages 2+.   Journey to the land of Oz and share in Dorothy’s adventures. Meet Tin Man and friends, click your heels together and return back home to Kansas in time for tea. 

2 – 2.45pm – Christmas Drama, Sing & Sign Workshop 

Get into the festive mood and have fun learning how to sing and sign a Christmas song and carol.  

Learn signs that will be useful both at home and at school. This festive event is open to anyone ages 11+. 

Head2Head Sensory Theatre offers Makaton workshop in Amersham as well as a range of live and online sensory experiences for children with disabilities and special needs.

A professional team of Makaton trained performers help create imaginative and engaging storytelling and children’s events around the UK for children with special needs and disabilities. Events are all Makaton signed and accessible to all. 

The charity, based in Oxted in Surrey is at the forefront of creating inclusive theatre opportunities for children and young people with a wide range of disabilities.
