Captain Crabsticks under the sea adventure

Head2Head Sensory Theatre has released tickets to Captain Crabsticks under the sea adventure – a new sensory storytelling & crafts activities experience taking place on Thursday 11 August 2022 at Quarrendon and Meadowcroft Community Centre in Aylesbury, HP19 9HH.

Captain Crabsticks is a sensory storytelling experience for children with disabilities

Hosted by a skilled storyteller experienced at working with children with special educational needs, this fun and immersive experience is suitable for ages 2+. Each session is filled with sensory moments and followed by craft activities. Using storytelling, sensory play and a splash of imagination journey to the bottom of the sea with Captain Crabsticks and his dog Kippers to help them find the missing telescope. Travel in a submarine, learn how to use a periscope, play with the fish and discover a pirate’s buried treasure.

Each sensory storytelling session lasts 60 minutes (30 minutes storytelling and 30 minutes craft activities).

Choose from 4 performance times: 10.30am, 11.30am, 2pm and 3pm

Tickets cost £5 per person.
