The Barn Hub National Lottery Open Week

To celebrate The National Lottery Open Week 2025, Head2Head Sensory Theatre, Oxted Surrey will be inviting the local community to come and see inside its new space on Tuesday 18 March 2025, 9.30am – 5pm.

The Barn Hub received funding from The National Lottery Community Fund in 2024 to complete its refurbishment which includes a Memory Cafe for people living with Demetia, a kitchen, a Sensory Room and an interactive projection system.

Anni Rhodes Steere, founder of Head2Head Sensory Theatre said; “It’s a mark of our appreciation to open our doors for everyone to come and meet our volunteers, find out more about our productions and experience our new sensory room and Interactive Magic Carpet.”

This unique community project has already made a positive impact on the lives of Head2Head’s primary beneficiaries: young people with disabilities and adults living with dementia, with regular drama and drumming workshops, live performances and a monthly Memory Cafe.

Guests will have the chance to drop in between 9.30am and 5pm, enjoy free refreshments and discover what makes The Barn Hub special thanks to National Lottery Funding.
