Accessible events for families
Disabilities theatre charity, Head2Head Sensory Theatre, has opened its summer season with a selection of family friendly accessible events for families, ready to tour accessible venues around Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire this August.
Experiences include Sensory Storytelling, Crafts and Drama Workshops, live shows, themed fun immersive learning experiences and dedicated drama workshops for children and young adults with SEND in Oxted.
All accessible events for families are led by a team of professional actors trained in Makaton signing and who encourage participation and stimulate imagination through sensory play. Shows are inclusive, immersive, interactive and suitable for all physical, sensory and/or cognitive disabilities.
Head2Head Sensory Theatre events are run in accessible venues, which means you and your family have access to parking and disabled toilet facilities.
We still have spaces on our Drama & Sing Sign Workshops on Saturday 12 August in Burgess Hill, Sussex plus more fun family events including Sensory Storytelling, Crafts, Sensory Shows and dedicated drama workshops.
