Autumn events at New Accessible Venue in Oxted
The Barn Hub, the latest accessible venue to open in Oxted, is making waves with local families and the disability community, offering a platform for live productions, pantos, workshops, and educational films.
Located in the heart of Oxted, Surrey, The Barn Hub provides an inclusive and friendly environment for people with disabilities and their families.
The studio can host up to 100 seated or 150 standing guests, making it an ideal venue for special events too. It’s not just about size, though – accessibility is at the core of its design. With 11 parking spaces and full wheelchair access, the venue is equipped with a Changing Places Toilet, hoist, hygiene room, and a sensory room, ensuring it meets the needs of all its visitors.
For the first time this November, Head2Head will be bringing its touring, relaxed performance pantomime to families in Oxted.
Their performance of Rumpelstiltskin at the Barn Hub promises to be an inclusive, fun-filled experience, using Makaton signing and sensory props to include everyone in the family.
