Head2Head’s Carnival themed drama workshops take place on 9,10 and 11 April.
Join our welcoming and inclusive space in Oxted’s Drewshearne Barn, Head2Head’s new accessible community hub.
The workshops are suitable for children ages 5 to 19+ with learning difficulties and/or physical disabilities.
Come and have fun, make new friends and learn new skills in drama, in a friendly and accessible space.
About our workshops
- Create your own Carnival Mask
- Explore and wear a range of Carnival Costumes
- Learn about the characters and traditions in Carnival and Mardi Gras
- Experience some physical theatre techniques
- Use a range of simple instruments to create a sensory sound experience
- Build some movement sequences into a carnival procession to perform at the end of the workshop
Snacks and drinks can be purchased at our Cafe and families are welcome to use our Sensory Room.
Parking and disabled toilet will be available on site.
